Privacy Agreement for the Online Questionnaire
Data Protection Information pursuant to Art. 13 GDPR
Thank you for participating in our online questionnaire. Protecting your personal data is very important to us. Below, we inform you about what data we collect, for what purpose, and how we handle this data.
1. Data Controller

2. Purpose of Data Processing
The data collected through the questionnaire will be processed for the following purposes:

- Optional: Sending a digital copy of the book to participants who provide their email address.

The following categories of data may be collected as part of the questionnaire:

Providing your email address is voluntary and will be used exclusively to send the digital book copy. It will not be linked to the content provided in the questionnaire.

5. Data Retention Period
Your data will only be stored as long as necessary for the purposes mentioned above. After that, it will be deleted or anonymized. Email addresses will be deleted no later than 3 months after the book has been sent.
6. Data Publication and Anonymization
Publication will take place exclusively in anonymized form. Individual quotes or content will be selected and edited in such a way that no conclusions can be drawn about your identity.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR)
- Rectification of incorrect data (Art. 16 GDPR)
- Deletion of your data (Art. 17 GDPR)
- Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- Object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR)
- Withdraw your consent with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR)

8. Voluntariness and Withdrawal
Participation in the questionnaire is voluntary. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the legality of the data processing carried out up to that point.
