Eine Praxis in der Gruppe kann uns motivieren, etwas regelmäßig zu tun, von dem wir wissen, dass es uns gut tut.
In unserer Meditationsgruppe mindful_circle wollen wir genau von dieser Gemeinschaft profitieren.
Regelmäßig leiten Maria Keil und ich 8-wöchige Meditationskurse. Die nächste Runde beginnt am 06.02.24 und du bist herzlich eingeladen.
Jeden Dienstag treffen wir uns um 19:00 Uhr online für eine Stunde über Zoom.
